Our Purpose

The Alliance is committed to creating a safe and inclusive space for LGBTQ+ individuals in Jersey City. We work to combat discrimination and inequality through advocacy, education, and empowerment, ensuring that every person can live authentically and with dignity.

We collaborate with LGBTQ+ organizations, community groups, and allies to amplify our impact and drive systemic change. When partnering with elected officials, we remain independent to hold them accountable and prioritize the voices of marginalized communities.

Together, we strive for a future where diversity is celebrated, all individuals are respected, and equity is upheld.

What We Do
